Starbucks isn't the worst place to work. They actually pay pretty well and have decent benefits for a barista type job. Their business practices aren't necesarily the best, and they do have an excessive amount of paper and plastic waste, but they are decent to their workers. Despite the negative image for people in the punk or whatever scene, a few people i know worked there and though it was decent.
I wish i was more addicted to news. I can hardly stnad it sometimes....
