well I have to say that I would love to find some people to buy it with me and help fix it up, it is big enough for a lot of people to live there, I would love to own it because I could have house gussets all the time and they could stay for as long as they wanted because it is so big.
It's not to bad of a place to live, I live in Lexington (horse capital of the world) it is full of a lot of history, it's not to big and it's not to small, there are about 250,000 people who live here, there are a lot of areas out side the down town area and that is where most of them live, it's a very spread out place.
