I had a spirit kiss me on the back of my head today. It is one of my gaurdians I am sure, but still felt freaky. If you would rather "set" the shadow "in it's place" might I suggest burning sage (called scrubbing) all over your place. Repeat something like....i invite those who do not mean me any harm....or something like i do not wish harm to those who do not wish to harm.......i only want positive...blah blah blah...you get the drift I am sure. its snowing. last night me and m. ran around to our friends houses throwing snow balls at their windows hoping revenge would entice them outside so we could face wash them. My dog is all white so he looks like a snow bunny any given day but in the snow its especially adorable. He becomes a deranged snow blower.

insomnia all night. when I finally slept I had dreams I could fly over my roof top. woke up to my kitten diesel on my head. Today...bike stolen. motocycle won't start. Wish I had a window that I could break or a face to punch. (not really tho. I don't punch faces.)
