1) My father is 70 pounds over weight, has had two bypass operations and is now diabetic. He is unable to exercise to loose his weight beacuse it is uncomfortable for him.
2) My mother is thirty pounds overweight and struggles to loose it, but tries.
3) My younger sister is 5'0 and was almost 2 hundred pounds. She just finished Jenny Craig and now weighs 130.
4) My fathers side of the family has all died of heart attacks due to being oevrweight.
I only look the way I do because I have seen what my family has gone through and want to make the right desicions for my health.
So dont try to inform me or make me feel bad for what i wrote in own blog when you dont even know me.

Hm, if you go to the "videos" it'll have everything up there
It gets tricky when it comes to format and stuff though.
I'd try to upload videos straight from my camera but they'd either be to heavy or it just wouldn't take the .AVI files for some odd reason
What I do now is I open the video on Windows Movie Maker and save it as a windows video file. It greatly decreases the size (though some quality goes along with it too) and it works for the uploads.

Oh yeah, I was assuming you have windows, lol. If you have a Mac then I have no idea what you could do. Otherwise just let me know and I'll help you figure out how to use the windows movie maker
