went through my old trillian logs today to try to make amends for a past mistake to someone i've lost touch with. found the first conversations i had with my ex-fiance. i truly thought that by now, nearly 3 years after it was over, i'd be past this, but i can't make the pain stop.

Last night i went to see The Red Hills, My Life in Black and White, and I Can Lick Any Son of a Bitch in the House play for Jon's 30th birthday.

Great sets from all the bands, and i was particularly happy to hear My Life in Black and White, having never heard them before and finding myself surprisingly pleased with their tunes.
