By the time the legals are done and I have the keys I should be on a plane back to Australia

Fucking estate agent just turned up with my buyer. here I am doin' the SG thing and god knows what else, place looks like a bomb site and he turns up with the buyer and his lady and the cutest (but way too young) little punker rock chick. She seemed to enjoy the fact I was cranking the Foo Fighters and QOTSA at the time, kinda rude of me not to tuen it down
