for the first time in a month, i will be in one town for 7 days straight. this has been too much: la to amsterdam to boston to la to la to chicago to boston to la, with a return to nyc in between every leg. it's been productive, it's been fun, but it's been brutal.

but in 7 days, the biggest trip begins: we pack the house, fly to dallas, buy a car, then drive to los angeles to begin a new adventure. nervous? a little.

happy new year, y'all. it's going to be a busy one.

yeah that article was pretty right on. i think in general it is just a confusing time to date or meet anyone. with popular culture producing more and more bullshit (he's just not that into you, for example) and the apparent laziness of most boys....yeah. girls like me just stay home. i don't want to do online dating, (been there, done that) don't want to meet anyone in a bar (been there and done that too) so i give up. what's a smart foxy girl to do?

so after you get settled in to LA, are you going to look around for races? Pretty huge tri scene out that way.
