You know what I hate.....
The people who say, "If you don't vote, then you have no right to complain".
Excuse me there Sparky, but, actually, I have EVERYgoddamn right to complain.
For the two previous elections, I have had the choice of voting between...(to quote South Park), a giant douche and a turd sandwich.
This time out, I have the choice of voting for a turd sandwich and an unproven, wannabe career politician.
Sure, I can take the 'lesser of two evils' route and vote for Obama, who, IMHO, is the lesser of two evils.
However, I should not be looked downed upon for choosing not to vote. We live in a Joe the Plumber society when we should be expecting more from our candidates than catch phrases and caricatures.
Why are the 3rd party candidates cast aside? Why can't these guys play in the sandbox? I know the answers to these questions and it really frustrates me how the political process and media have basically blackballed the Naders and Barrs from being invited to the party.
Therefore, I am saying that, YES, I have EVERY right to complain, no matter who gets elected. I have that right because my guy gets no pub, no say so, no respect, no time on the debate floor, no, no and more no's.
It is you people, those who voted for the turd sandwich the past 2 elections. You people who wonder why when you vote for a moron, they do moronic things. Why? Because they are a MORON and YOU decided that the lesser of two evils was good enough for you at the time.
I say its not!
