Today I made my own tofu... well kinda. I started soaking soy beans and did a test run with some soy milk, which turned out and to I cooked it and ate it :S
I didn't have calcium sulfate so I used lemon juice mixed with equal parts water instead. This make the tofu a bit lemony which wasn't pleasant until I deep fried it in batter...YUM!
Then I used my favorite tofu in black bean sauce recipe
