I'm on day 2 of the Master Cleanse. Basically I'll had nothing to eat and I've only been able to drink water and a spicy lemonade concoction:
Mmmmm, right now I'm not feeling too bad, but around regular eating time it's been pretty hard to stay focused. I really don't think I'm going to last until day 10. If I last past tomorrow I might be able to hold out until day 5! Anything beyond that will be a miracle!

My birthday is next week, so I'll probably have a little booze fest at my place the following saturday. The day after that I be fling to China for a week and then to Japan. I'm pretty nervious. I've been to Japan on business before, but I was with a group that knew the ropes. This time I've got to fly to Japan, wait and then fly to china, spend a week there, fly back to japan and find my hotle. Which doesn't sound all that complicated, but with the language barrier and all the signage to lure me in the wrong direction I'm a bit worried.
