Does anyone know how to move a video from VHS to something computer workable? I just got a free VCR and found a video that me and my roomies made on Long Island in late 98'. Blair witch styled before it came out or at least before we saw it. Oh and I cannot act to save your life, maybe to save mine but not yours. I looked good tho. Clif, Daniel and Ray acting a fool. Any girls in Portland area need a badass photographer Clif is out there now. Not that he filmed the silly video but he went to school for it. Or Daniel in Long Island, NY studied film now is a teacher. I only have a camera phone. Where was I? The video, man I wish I could put it up. Just edit out anytime I open my mouth and it is very entertaining. I think I am more interesting in person than on film. Or at least really fucking hope so.
Im really excited about the vid but can't remember why I am writing about it.
Don't you love random when you have 4,000 songs? Dylan, Marley, Alice in Chains, DMB, TMBG, Dylan, Waits, Dust Brothers, Aphex Twin, Basement Jaxx, Beck, Beatles, Doors, Ween, Waits, Beth Gibbons, Modest Mouse, Shins, THE DEAD MILKMEN, Dust Brothers, Billie Holiday
I was going to see how long it took to get to Sinatra but Billie works just fine.

if you/your friend/someone on the street has a digital camcorder, you can hook the camcorder to the vhs with audio/visual cables (the red yellow and white plugs)
after they're hooked up, press play on the vhs and record on the camcorder. once you have it on digital cassette, you can download onto a computer. its pretty easy, and you can do whatever you want after.
