Yeah, I'm on wellbutrin and have a very bountiful (did I spell that right ?) anyway, bountiful supply of xanax. But I only take the xanax when I am on the verge of freaking out. It works wonders. My anxiety comes and goes as it pleases. Sometimes I will be fine for months and months, I think I even went over a year once without any panic attacks or anxious feelings. Then, like a bat out of hell, it all comes back full force. I have actually been getting them a lot lately. But, I ususally only get them at night. Wierd, huh? My mum seems to think that any type of disorder. Depression, anxiety, ADD, insomnia, etc... is all related to the things we eat and drink ( as far as anything processed or things that have additives, nitrates, preservatives) anything unnatural so to say, but who knows. Or, maybe she's onto something....
