Amen sister, but be careful touting free speech around here. You might just end up with someone calling you racist for no reason or just getting kicked off the site right out of the blue. I have seen it happen before.

I have always been into tattoos, even in the 80's before they were popular. I remember when a tattoo shop was in a bad part of town, not in the local strip mall. I also remember the beginning of this movement all the way back in the 80's, the beginning of the punk movement. I always said that those kids were breaking away from 1 conformist society to form their own conformist society.

As far as freedom of speech, there is a great line from The American President, with Michael Douglas. He says "Freedom of speech is not fighting for what you want to say, but fighting for the person to say what you don't want to hear."
