Missed you all while I was gone. Lot's of cool stuff in the last week! We are now finished rehearsing the show and are taking it on the road starting Monday in Warrenton, VA. I'm looking forward to taking it on the road!!! I am as proud of this work as I am of anything I have ever done. We are really going... Read More
Well, I started rehearsal for my new show. Today was day 3, actually. I'm really excited about it. Pus we are taking this show all over the country, so I get to get out of Richmond and see the country. Here is my schedule of where I'm gonna be. If I am nearbye, let me know and maybe we can get together for coffee or... Read More
Okay, so I've been tagged... here's my list of 20 odd facts I wouldn't want complete strangers to know...and yet I am posting them on a somewhat public website...go figure.
1) I used to own a Yugo.
2) I snagged some percocet from my fathers med cabinet once or twice.
I'll be happy to admit you once you've completed all the membership requirements.
You also need to be vouched for by an existing member of SGVA or a Suicide Girl. Just ask them nicely to leave a comment in my (DragonflyCQ's) journal!
So, anyone who knows me or who has been reading my journal at all knows that I am a big Firefly/ Serenity fan. Well, I now have a new obsession to go along with that one... the new BAttlestar Galactica. It is pretty damn groovy! The writing is top notch, the show is visually stimulating, and it has a pretty good cast, including Edward James... Read More
Wow! Busy day on SG!!! TheView Askew group is up and running, and we are already aproaching 50 members in a little over 24 hours! Exciting times, my friends. I spent a lot of time going through old board topics looking for anyone who showed an interest in Kevin Smith or any of his projects. I bet I left close to 150 messages in... Read More
Am I the only one who hasn't been swept up in the Ipod revolution? They are just so damn expensive... way more than they should be in my opinion. It seems like an Ipod is a ticket into a little sub-culture of our society, and only the cool kids have them. I just don't see why they are so popular.
Strange Brew came from Netflix today! I haven't seen it in years!!!! I can see some tokin and watchin goin on tonight!
UPDATE: I have just started my first group!!! It's the View Askew group and it is open to anyone who loves anything about Kevin Smith and any of the films, comics, TV shows, regulars from the films, or anything else from the View... Read More
What a crappy couple of days outside in Richmond! Wet, overcast, cold, and dreary. Cool lightning storms last night, though. I could watch lighting storms for hours.
I was going through some old pictures in my email inbox last night and I realized 3 things...
1) I really miss my mom. It's been a little over 2 years now since her passing and I think... Read More

So I've discovered a cool new toy for my bunny. Yes, I said it... I have a pet bunny. She's cute and fluffy and funny and her name is... Bunny.
The new toy is brilliant. I'm going to market it and make millions with which to fund my eventual takeover of the country by posing as a televangelist. But I digress.
I tried giving Boris an empty TP roll a couple hours ago...and sure enough, he loves it. He is throwing it around his cage and playing. Too cute!! I was wondering what kinds of "greens" do you give your bunny? I tried collards, but they upset his tummy. Now he gets carrots, apple pieces, and a small piece of celery as treats a couple times a day. I know, yes, he is spoiled, fat and happy.
I have tried the chocalate and peanut butter ones and they were pretty good but i have tried the turtle ones i might have to buy some tomorrow when i go grocery shopping
