an excerpt from my girlfriends journal............
"Today I decided that I want Alien Hand Syndrome. Look it up online--we learned about it in Brain and Behavior today. It is when a part of the brain gets damaged, and one of the hands gets no inhibitory signals from the brain, so it does whatever it wants. Like, for example, some people say that they will be eating (or trying to eat) and the alien hand (which they have no control over) tries to hold the fork away. Or, the alien hand will repeatedly bring food to the mouth even though the person's mouth is completely full. Well, let me clarify something. I decided that I want to fake having this disorder, because how cool would that be. Someone starts making me angry and then I randomly punch them in the FACE "Sorry, that was my alien hand. It does whatever it wants." Awesome...yes. How cool would it be to fake having this? i would use it to my advantage so much!"
Now, i ask you, juts how awesome would it be to "have" this disorder?

Yea, I still have no clue what I did to my foot. Hurts like a mofo. But Beam helps the pain.
I think it is slowly getting better. I can rest it and walk about 50 feet before it starts hurting too much.
