Wow...crazy day.
I had to goto a Bhai wedding at like 0600 then had to rush to do a radio show at 0930...then got home at 1200...then got ready and went to TO at 1400...kickass...it was fun...lost my cell phone...got my cell phone back...got slaughtered at mini golf...went to a restaurant...did a lot of talking...spacemen3 hates to talk about computers so I had nothing interesting to say. The people there were pretty cool...except the girl who had SARS.
I gotsta head out to a keg party now as I'm the DD (my friends brought a keg all the way from Montreal on the train). I will of course be connected to the net as I have a client to talk to...so you know where you can find me. I did not win that auction for the tablet pc I will try to win the next one tomorrow night (I have a kickass last minute auction system).
Oh btw, I rule at mini golf.

The cops came by at around 2300 yesterday and one of them was a rookie I went to high school with (the other one I know from a soccer league). They both saw it was all cool and told the old lady across the street it was all good.
Then the rookie got off his shift and he came by to the kegger to party
The old lady complained again but the cops said that we're not doing anything wrong.
I'm sitting out here on the fron steps of the house with a cable running back inside to hook it up to the net. It's nice out here with a cool breeze going through the air. For the last 12 hours I haven't done any computer related work stuff which is kinda nice. I've gone on 3 beer runs as the grad students are starting to show up and this might turn out to be an all nighter.
The damage to date (since this started at 2000 (I got here 2 hours later)):
1 broken window.
2 broken tables.
1 broken chair (through the table)
2 couch cushions soaked with beer.
1 head injury from slipping on a bottle.
3 vomiting grad girls who can't hold their liquor.
2 grad ladies sitting with me sobering up and *hey* your hand isn't allowed there until we're going steady.
continuing:
1 PS2 destroyed from beer being split on it (will fix in the morning).
1 Atari 2600 working again because a drunk engineer decided to fix it so they could play pong.
2 noise violation complaints.
1 ruined jacket (the jacket I was wearing to mini putt...aka my hacking jacket) from vomit.
1 car with a missing tire because "we broke a chair"
25 AOL CDs...which happen not to fly that far.
4 litres of milk spilt in the parking lot and backyard as the dairy challenge was attempted...with horrible consequences.
and...1 empty keg that had one side hammered flat put into a box and then ridden down the stairs.
This was much bigger than anticipated and it's been fun because all the houses in the area are empty (except for the old lady like two blocks over) so nobody can hear us. I tells yah...sometimes I wish I drank...but then my blood would thin out and who can run with thin blood? (btw spacemen3: impressive mile times...I don't think I'll ever catch up to that)

Oh: Mike thinks Vin Diesel is Hot.
and X2 cam rip is out...

as for the no-computer talk, no worries. once i get out of my current job i may be willing to open the gates again.. it's just pure frustration.
