Today I sat around...moved a bit...coughed up some blood...the usual after tourney stuff. I'm not in as bad shape as our best player though. He can't walk and he was peeing blood...we'll all get better though.
You thought Ultimate was a wimpy sport? Heck no...within 30 seconds of the game starting we were all covered in mud from the diving and defense.
Anyhow...sitting around programming...will try to go for a run later today. Going to massage my legs and arms...the relaxation after the pain is rather nice.

Italian Job - god, this was a British movie I saw when I was 7 years old or so. It was on TV in England. It's an old Michael Caine one. Well...I prefer teh old Mini to teh new one and figure I'll prefer the old movie to the new one.
Cereals of choice - I'm not big on cereal anymore. I liked that one in the early 1990s that was discontinued, Bigg Mix. I would rather go hungry than eat cereal now. I'm not big on breakfast, anyway.
movie - I watched Y Tu Mama Tambien this afternoon; might watch Metropolis tonight, or tomorrow.
thirsty - I've been thristy for about 3 weeks. Dunno what the hell's going on with my body.
