I guess it's less a case of people hoarding as the previous demand for residential grade TP was considerably lower, and that is the blatant shortage of supply that everyone noticed first. it'll just take a little bit for the producers to catch up to the market fluctuation created by suddenly many people having to go at home. still interesting from an economist sense (not that I am one, but I read a book one of them wrote once)
