I went to a plumbers union award banquet this weekend for years service and we took this photo of me before we went down.
I wasn't going to officially start teaching till the 28 of August at the community college in Albuquerque but it got confirmed this afternoon that I can start early in order to prepare for the fall. So my first day will be on August 7. I wondered if I should change my name to Professor Roadstar 🤓.
Life is funny, after graduating it took me nine months to find a good full-time job. And then somehow I interview for another job that I applied for like four months ago. Which is just crazy because I can see staying at this other job for a long time. So this fall I will become the plumbing instructor at the community college in Albuquerque.
