Why is it that so many kids hang out at the mall? Should we be surprised that it's one of the few places they can go without getting harrassed by the cops? As long as you're spending money or surrounding yourself with The Gap and Banana Republic, it's okay for you to be hanging out in groups. Otherwise, in parks, on the street, most anywhere...
