rented Mr. Deeds of my own free will this past weekend. Thought I had learned my lesson about Adam Sandler movies, but apparently not. This one was particularly painful. Is it safe for this man to leave the house unescourted, or is he beaten on a regular basis? In spite of his painful movie history, I keep hearing these rumors that "Punch-Drunk Love" is great. Herm.
