so something kind of, but not really, funny. i crashed my car about three weeks ago, completely totalled. Then a couple weeks later my younger brother crashes his car. Not as magnificently as me, but enough to stop it from ever running again. these things happen in threes right? my dads has to be on the edge so, cross your fingers, nobody else crashes anytime soon.

Fingers will be crossed. The moving is theoretical, so I'll still be doing housework to make the place nice for us. And if/when the time comes to sell, I'll be able to ask more for it. So it should all work out in the end.
