In one of the low-lights of my week, I was carded- yes carded, to buy a video game rated M (Matuire.) [God of War II if you must know.]
The last time I checked, I didn't think I looked like the rest of the pre-teen mopheads running around Gamestop. I've certainly not had my age called into question at Best Buy even when the same store was called Electronics Boutique. -Gasp! That knowledge in itself should be proof enough of my age. I'm used to being carded at bars [that I don't frequent], strip clubs, and maybe a liquor store. I don't even think the last adult bookstore I strolled in asked for ID.
