Things that made me happy today:
There is this house near my work that has a rooster. Which is weird because its in Cambridge on a busy street. But anyway. So today I was walking by and saw that they got a fancy girl chicken for the rooster. Thats pretty cute. Then the best part happenedlittle baby chicks. Black ones and yellow ones all came out on the sidewalk following their mum and dad. It was great. Little chicks. On a sidewalk. In a busy rural area.
Then almost right across the street is this kind of junky looking place that Ive walked past a bazillion times. But this time I did a double take because they had 2 beautiful, huge, abstract sculptures that looked like they belonged on a museum lawn. Lawn art. Great.
Now Im at home waiting for the arrival of Wyatt (my friend who is doing the cycling Ireland trip with me) whom I will be making a big delicious vegetarian dinner (even though he lost his veg recently, traitor). But anyway I havent seen him in quite some time so it will be very cool. We are going for a big bike ride tomorrow and will probably do some Ireland planning over Guinnesss tonight. Yippie!!
Ok, I have to straighten up and run to the store. Have a good night!!
