I now have cell and internet service restored after hurricane Michael, sorry I couldn’t update my status earlier. So obviously Baron and I survived the storm, which is good, the house didn’t fair quite as well. It lost part of the roof and a lot of the shingles so much of the sheet rock on the ceilings and walls will need to come out and the roof which is not up to current code will need to be replaced as well. Fortunately I do have insurance.
My Jeep was trashed by the wind and rain. Mostly flooded when part of the soft top gave way to the wind. I’m hoping they will repatriate it instead of totaling it.
I’ll have to leave home for a while but perhaps Baron and I will travel the southeast on a photographic adventure from airbandb’s and hotels and friends places until things are back to normal.
