I've been making improvements in my lifestyle.
I'm trying to eat alot better (2 days down, success!) I spend too much money on take out and dine in food... and I want to be healthier.
Which means back to the weights and back to cardio

Not anything great - just some stuff with actual nutrition in it.
Been going through a depressed period, and I resort to alternating between eating nothing one day and eating lots of junk the next.
