So en route to le parade, Jen saw this guy who was definately worth being photographed, so without further adue:
We waited around for quite some time for the parade to start. Once it began, it was kind of on a dark note, as it started with signs describing the struggles homosexuals have faced in or are facing in other countries:
Then along came everyones favorite: Drag Queens!
They were followed by a float of people having a wonderful time; spraying onlookers with super soakers.
Another Float:
Everyone was so energetic, it was great.
U of T had this wicked sounding percussion ensemble go by:
My two favorite pictures are of superman, as the pictures turned out great. Good poses, and the annoying lady wasn't on her husbands back, so I actually had a clear shot.
Support people with aids!
This couple was just incredibly photogenic, I had to take one of them
Our shadows
This next float was some friggin intense dancing:
This guy made my day. He was funny as hell.
Pictures! Pictures!! Pictures!!!
This banana float was AWESOME! It stopped in front of us and shot confetti out the tip.
Jen steals the camera to take another kind of humurous picture.
Then she took a great shot of the David vs. Goliath float
.. and then came the colorful ending
My new friend booster juice don't take no shit.
There! If you missed the parade, it's almost like you've seen it now.
