It is really amazing that no matter where I go I always end up being the disciplinarian. At home, at work in the Army it doesn't matter I always end up in that roll. I guess I am really just a hard ass. I see a lot of things as black and white so I guess that makes it a little easier for me. There is right and there is wrong and that is that.
When I went to Iraq I had the nickname SGT Asshole. But after I was with the troops for a while they realized that sometimes it is nice to have an asshole on your side. It's nice to have someone around that isn't afraid to confront people and call them on their mistakes.
So enough of my lamenting my roll in life I guess it is just what I am good at.
Right now at work there are a lot of problems and very little discipline going on. So as usual I stepped up and started writing people up. If you want to get in my face when I am your boss (and it is not justified) then expect to get written up for it. If I do it I expect to get written up and God knows I have told a few bosses off. Luckily they understood why I was upset and they didn't write me up but I have definately told off a few bosses. But when you tell me off and you call me a fucking bitch you better be ready to get written up. Also you had better be ready because when I start writing people up that means I am getting ready to do some firing. I will get all my paperwork together and ship you ass down the road. You will stand no chance against me in court. I will have all the paperwork I need and you will have nothing.
So thanks a lot nice working with you, don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way through it.
