I don't have insomnia but i am a light sleeper, living in a very noisey place. I take very hot baths just prior to going to bed. It seems to help me.

i think i may have a bit of insomnia as well. i mean during the week i work a first shift job, i have to be at work at 6am which means i have to be up at 5am. but im a nite person, so i dont even go to bed until 1 or 2am. and im even worse on the weekends.
