I've never been a very energetic person, I've never loved sports.
I have practiced hip hop dance and volleyball, but I stopped a few years ago.
In this new year I decided that my life had to change and so I started Crossfit (now this is the 3rd week).
I feel very satisfied, I'm happy and always active.
It's really fun, hard but satisfying.
