Oh, Pilates! Das wollte ich auch imemr ausprobieren. Ab wann sieht man da Ergebnisse, wenn man das hufig macht? Einen Kurs knnte ich mir nicht leisten, aber ich hab so ein Pilates Dvd pack fr zu Hause gesehen Ich bin vermutlich der ungelenkste Mensch der Welt hahaha

Im Vergleich zu ganz frher geht es mir jetzt viel besser, aber alle Monate habe ich das Gefhl ein paar Chemikalien in meinem Kopf bringen alles durcheinander.
Ich war gestern sehr schwermtig. Es war wirklich schlimm. Ich war so froh, dass mein Freund da war, ich brauchte einfach jemanden. Ich habe mich unendlich alleine gefhlt.
