Dentro do possível, viva a vida como se você estivesse curada. No Brasil, eu sigo o Elton Euler (Brasil) pelo Instagram (@eltoneuler). E as vezes ele fala sobre a utilidade da doença em nossas vida. Qual a utilidade que damos as doenças em nossas vidas? Se uma doença não é útil para nós, logo ela deverá ir embora. É um pensamento interessante e faz sentido para mim; Espero que faça sentido para você.
