Sorry things are looking a bit shit for you on the job front, I'm sure something will turn up soon tho. Not that this will help but when your boss pierced my ear at Mantra I took an Instant dislike to her I thought she was brash and had no idea about customer service wot so ever and the piercing still hurts on occasion even now.
I'm sure the hair thing will be Ok too, just leave it for a while and use some intensive conditioner. VO5 do one called "instant rescue " that I use nad it's pretty good" also they do one called "miracle rescue" which is better but it's peppermint basedand makes ur head tingle quite a lot.

ive just had the worst weekend ever...
my boyfriend went all wierd on me....
i parked my car in a car park and went to work, returned to find someone had driven into the back of it and smashed it in.
then woke up this morning to find some had keyed my car all down the side of it....
