So my trip is going well! I've done 4 shoots in two days (3 in Chicago and 1 in Lansing MI). I also had my first Trade for Lodging shoot and was pleased! Nice place to stay, good coffee and cinnamon buns, and a productive shoot.

Right now we're just hanging in our hotel in Dayton OH. I'm finally feeling rested and contemplating finding the...

I found my original SG panties! Yes, from 2005! smile Along with playing cards and some mini buttons. The best part is that you can have them kiss The panties are size M from American Apparel and never worn (too small for me!).

1) Shipping will be USPS flat rate, which is 5 bucks. If you offer 30, then assume total is 35. Simple!

2) Please PM...

How much for the cards?

Mildly sick, but mostly cabin feverish. Winter always makes me moody and agitated. I'm not the kind of person who likes being snowed/iced in. I'm not claustrophobic but there's something about the lack of freedom that occurs during the winter - too cold, too dark, and probably no one to go with you - that makes me batty.
twistedwhispers:
Move to southern California! I'm just say'n. wink
flyer:
I fight the same feelings every winter. Too cold and too dark. Long nights make me crazy.

I am more out of shape that I realized. (Don't be fooled - skinny can be just as bad as overweight!) Was doing some fairly simple yoga yesterday and I ache today. It probably also didn't help that I was testing my flexibility and doing random stuff, just to see if I could.

lalou:
I do that too. I'm not a regular yoga practitioner, but when the mood strikes me, I'll just do some random mood. With a fair amount of difficulty, of course.

with perseverance you will be the bestsmile

I like meeting new people that I can talk to about stuff I can't with my current sets of friends. Especially if that person has a useful perspective and also isn't creepy.

As always, life seems to still be going in the right direction. There really is something to be said about doing what you want and not letting anything or anyone hold you back.
twistedwhispers:
Creepy is a state of mind perspective.

I freely admit to having a few creepy friends myself. It's like Michelle Pfeiffer said in Batman Returns - "At least they're committed." Interestingly enough those very same friends are the type that if I accidentally dropped a hundred bucks and walked away - they would pick it up and give it back to me the next time they saw me. Weird I know but there you have it. Creepy but I can always trust them to be honest. Go figure

It's the serious folk you have to keep your eye on. wink

johnnyzombie:
I find that anything I can't talk to friends about should be reserved for therapy. I can talk to some of my close friends about the odd personal upheaval, but I find it's easier in therapy. Most of what I talk about in my daily life, I can pretty much talk to my friends about--except for the esoteric stuff.

I agree about not letting anyone hold you back. Even if it's difficult at first, doing what you really want is better in the long run.
