Job hunting is brutal at times. I know how it feels to think you'd be great at a job and not have the people hiring agree. The most important thing is to be yourself, do your research on the employer, and be honestly enthusiastic (but not manic) about being the right choice for them. Beyond that, it is in the hands of fate.

And I never act like a 14 year old - usually more like 5.......
