Love that series. I stopped at Chainfire though for the same reasons. You are making me want to go back and pick them up again. I just started Steven Erikson's books, finally. So far it's interesting!

The next book "Faith of the Fallen" is arguably the best in the series, certainly one of the best. So hurry on up! I enjoyed most of the series, even some of the less popular books after "Faith", but Goodkind does get a bit preachy in the last few. Really enjoying Brandon Sandersons Stormlight series.
