reasons are unpleasant and we end on a bad note
i havent been sleeping well [mostly, at all] for weeks
i've learnt the difference between prescribed sleeping pills and over the counter ones
also anxiety and panic attacks
i am going to Edinburgh for a week, starting on tuesday. if...
