I think I found my dream house... and it's in my price range... and I'm (hopefully) going to look at it on Sunday.

I. AM. SO. FUCKING. EXCIED!!!

No joke, this is amazing...

Dream houses in someone's price range don't often happen for most people. So that is super cool that is happening for you
nocturnis:
Good luck!

We-eh-ell... shit the bed!

It's been forever since I've been on here. I'm super lame like that. Life is busy. Surgeries have happened... my health is jacked, or was, but should be better.

Tattoos are all healed, obviously, and now waiting to get to Vegas and get it finished.

So, tell me stories, kiddies... I'm bored.
josephaaron:
I got head butted yesterday and it split my eye brow open is that a good story for you?
nicole:
while entertaining, I fear for your eyebrow! Hope you're ok! (and thanks for being the only person out of HOW MANY that told me a story!)

Thanks, all. The photo of the portrait really looks a little creepy. Now that she's healed, she looks much better. Pic coming soon. And, Ms. LittlePinkStar... how are you? I haven't talked to you in YEARS

Pre Valentines Day tattoo appointment had to be moved, so now set for this Sunday. HOpefully will get a good 6-8 hours in the chair... so excited.
Paid off a shit load of bills/debt this past week... so awesome. 1 more to go and I'm done; then to save for a house and all that jazz.
Bought myself some new clothes to reward myself for...

Nothing makes me feel prettier than new ink, except maybe when my son tells me I'm beautiful.

3 more hours of work done on my half sleeve today. Super excited to see how it looks in 2 weeks after Sean gets the color done, and then on to Dorothy's portrait, and he's going to outline the remainder of it for me, so that after he...

Where are you getting the work done. I'm having trouble finding an artist that has time lately. It kinda looks like Jeremy's work from Solid State in Bay View.
nicole:
Sean (aka Itty) at the Studio in Racine. He's amazing. He is, however, moving to Vegas soon, so you should hit him up ASAP to get in. He should have some slots open. 262-880-1907. Just don't call him before noon, he gets to the shop around that time.

Have to leave for work soon. Choosing undergarments on a Saturday night is always so difficult... However, black seems to work wonders for me...
Bah
Anyone in the Milwaukee area with nothing going on, come visit me tonight at Club CrazyHorse in West Allis. Tell them Reagan sent you in (that's me) and come say hey up at the upper bar. smile

Ok... must... get... dressed...

Have fun smile

Ahhhh fuck... there I go, neglecting my page again... fuck me....

School = kinda hard, but kinda a joke
Work 1 = boring, as always, but pays the bills
Work 2 = dead lately, but starting to pick back up. (I could do without feeling like I'm being babysat... afterall... it's a fucking titty bar, and I'm a fucking bartender... pretty sure I can handle...

Wisconsin Blizzards... what a freaking pain. Driving home from work last night, typically a 25ish minute drive, took over an hour. (random, just realized my 4 year old has 6-pack abs... and he just told me that he doesn't want me to forget that I'm the best mom ever... first part, creepy... second part, amazing!) ok.... so, crazy bad roads... long driving times... and so,...

So... my guys' been looking for a new place, has limited time til he has to move out of the place currently shared with his roommate. Seems like he's had some luck. He found an efficency which is ok-ish price wise, or has a friend who he can rent a room (with his own bathroom, also) for less. I say, well, the room makes more...

Most times, these situations are over-blown in our minds...

That's basically what I figured... it's really not even an issue at all... and sitting here now, a day later, it seems even more trivial than it was before. ...

I hate Christmas. I hate the whole fucking season, but nothing makes me want to punch a puppy quite like people telling me that I need to cheer up, or that I'm ruining Christmas for them, or my family, or whatever. I have my reasons... if you don't know them, tough shit; it means I don't consider you close enough to tell. If you do...

i find the whole thing to be TOTALLY fucking lame!

"people telling me that I need to cheer up"

and that pisses me of no matter what time of year it is! mad
nicole:
Slaytanic... I'll cut you...

Seriously, it's just amazing... I get it no matter who I'm with... family, friends, coworkers...

and for my mom to tell me that I'm ruining Christmas for her simply because I asked that we turn down the fucking chipper holiday music that was blasting throughout her living room... really... yes, I can see how not listening to some untalented hack sing another lame song would ruin an entire holiday (which is still weeks away) for you. silly me!

Nothing ruins a day (and an amazing tattoo) like the discovery of a few small scars... apparently this sucker wasn't healed everywhere, and now, my witch has some pink lines that will soon be scars on her one cheek and under her eye... I really hope my guy will be able to fix her once she's really healed up.
What a fucking bummer.
indiebuddhist:
Are they bad scars ? Like will it destroy the tattoo, or enhance it ?
nicole:
well... it's a portrait, so not good... my guy can fix it, I'm sure... but for now, I'm irritated.

Life goes by too fast when things are good; yet manages to drag endlessly when they are not. I hate the feelings that come with the holidays... every year I expect it to get easier; and it seems it never does. I smile more these past few years, and put more effort into it... but that's only because seeing the joy on my son's face...
