It's been raining here fairly consistently for the last few months, and between that and my lingering covid complications it's been a while since I've gotten to push myself the way I like to. I've been building my endurance back up running and weight lifting at the gym though, and getting out on small hikes, bike rides, and trail runs when I can though.

Got a couple nights out in the desert this weekend with some of my favorite people. Don't have much more to say than that. It was chill, nothing too strenuous. Just good company, good conversation, and beautiful desert.

I ran 5 miles today, which is the furthest I've run without walk breaks since getting covid at the beginning of January. Small steps! Yay! I've also been mostly needing to keep over a 12 minute pace to avoid the cardiac issues I've been experiencing, so a consistent ~10 mile pace is also a big win for me right now.
