I have yet to join the deadlift squad, but my workouts include way too many squats and lunges because I skate... and play roller derby so it just happens to fit into my life. I really should step up to deadlifts and powerlifting and such. I could use a bit more meat on my tiny frame being one of the smallest dudes to play worldwide.
