I totally understand what you are saying but, do you understand what I was saying? To me, seeing a girl on this site and having her mention that she is bi is neither here nor there for me. I don't care, I'm not here to hook up.

While it is reasonable for you to be put off by this guy's offer, it is also reasonable for him to assume that since you are bi, you would be more receptive to such an offer then some one who isn't bi. We all have different sexual proclivities and unfortunately, such wants and desires require us to take certain steps that go outside other's level of comfort.

Considering that, I think this guy was very resonable and polite in his offering. He was apologetic, didn't get crass with you and was understanding. If you feel the need to, report him to myspace.com, especially if he doesn't get a clue and asks again or if you get other, less mature offers. Otherwise, take the compliment and delete it.

I am sorry if you feel that being bi makes people think you will jump anything on two legs. However, I think there are those who feel it makes you more open sexually and that in turn makes them curious.
