@martyn you can vote more than once, i think the system allows it, but it's limited. Comments count extra points too. So i think the policy is just that you can't vote a bunch of times but i don't know the faqs. They may eliminate duplicates somehow, but i'm pretty sure you can pump up ladies at least 2x. Nothing limits you i don't think on numbers of comments submitted, so come back and love as often as you like!
