I am exhausted. From one extreme to the other. No training for almost 2 weeks then a whole weekend of training, followed by training every day subsequently without a break, twice on Monday. Today will also be twice. I am as happy as a pig in poop though.

Take care of yourself. As a martial arts/crossfit/yoga practitioner, I find myself injured from time to time. I'm not smart enough to let myself heal, just keep pushing. Usually takes me much longer...don't follow my stupid example lol

Not having a Super Lumo there, we managed to get by with a Hero Cop arriving just in time to save the day.
But really, I'm sure I'll still be processing that event for a while. I want to know what happens to the kid from here. I'd like to think he understands why we handed him to the cops. I hope he gets treated fairly. I hope he finds a way to live that involves making cool things rather than stealing cool things. But... I don't get to see the rest of the story from here.

August was a huge month for me. I went on a trip to Joburg on study leave and to get some wedding done. My set also went into MR and Cuddlefish had a birthday and we partied in JHB with Talamia, PunkSkunk, Tarion, Xaosnyte, Biship, Kohana, and Arq.
