Whitebait. Tiny little fish, fried crisp. They are so small, that you eat ALL of them (Heads, bones, guts, etc) - it's almost impossible to fillet them and have anything left. They are unbelievably delicious. My late father introduced me to them, years ago, and I'm so glad he did.

I love really good cheese, too. I don't like sweet things much, and cheese fits the bill. Dorset Blue Vinney, Stichelton, and Renegade Monk are my current favourites.
