Weight watchers worked for me! I went from 192 to 161 lb, but I have crept back to 182 lb since stopping counting the points each day.
The key trick for me was replacing energy dense foods that left me feeling hungry with lower density foods that left me feeling full. Cooking with pulses is a great way to start, but even a chicken breast served with a plate full of vegetables can fill me up for ages even though there are not too many calories in the meal.
It feels like its been forever since i've been online but its only been a few days! Shows how much i depend on SG and facebook for entertainment!
