I agree! The main reason I have been a member for over 10 years is because of the love, respect and positive treatment that (almost) everyone has for each other, and also the reason I don't use any of the other (anti) social media out there.

True in so many ways, you are very insightful.  However, I disagree that you will never feel "first" love again.  I believe you will become someone's first "real" love and you will feel you first "real" love.  That is what is awesome about getting older, wiser and having roe experiences.   We know ourselves better, we know the world better and other people better.   We are better able to know and feel  and  LOVE the other person waaaaaayyy better than  the "first in time" first love, cause the next first love, will be your first "real" love.  Your loving and love making and activities together will be so much deeper and stronger and more intense.  And, yes, they can still do carry on all night, like there is no one else in the world, no cares, no worries, no hurt, no pain.  That happens at any age, trust me.    Listen to Let My Love Open the Door, the lyrics are an awesome little bit of pop song love philosophy by Pete Townsend.

I know this post is old, but it's also really good, so I'm responding to it anyway.  I know that feeling so well, and you captured it so well.  I hope that with distance you've gained some perspective, because it despite feeling so true in the moment, it ain't necessarily so.  I met the most intense and enduring love of my life when I was 31.
