After a 3 month hiatus, I am back at the gym and DAMN it feels good. I've had the seasonal depression kicking me in the ass for some time, and I hadn't related the two till today. Seriously folks, if you're feeling like shit and you want to feel better, exercise a little!
Whats up with that feeling? The one I get at night when I lay down and try to go to sleep and I just feel like I fucked something up real bad but I don't know what it is. I've had it 3 nights in a row already and its keeping me from sleeping.
