Solitude can be a very rewarding pursuit and if you have a busy schedule with lots of friends, family etc solitude can seem almost like a self-indulgent, guilty pleasure!!

Click on your "new messages" icon at the top right hand side of the screen. One of the tabs in this screen is "friend requests" you should be able to decline or accept in this screen.
