You need to go to Congreso. The buildings in that part of the city are beautiful. Also San Telmo. Caminito is nice, but it’s a tourist trap and dangerous after dark. Look for La Argentina, or El Beso, you can go there to see people dancing social Tango, it’s way more enjoyable than the Tango dinner shows.

That is quite a Bicycle ride, 90 miles. We have long commutes to work here. Decades ago, while the car was in the shop, I Bicycled a little over 50km (each way) to work & back for a week. On Google Map saw some pictures of Lake Biakal, those are some mountains surrounding it.
