soooo i think ex-boyfriends and ex-girlfriends should understand that they are EX'S . cause when you do the "try and get the person back" thing it just makes peoples lives harder. and i don't have time to deal with such things because i am moving on in life and wish everyone else could do the same.

Perhaps if there where parting gifts when a person is dumped, that would help smooth the transition. Certainly a document of some kind indicating that EX doesn't actually suck, it is just a personnel move. A small bag with movie tickets, nude pictures of the dog, a mouth organ and fruit is always nice.
The EX should attend the seminar ' Being EX, Being cool'. Some highlights include, How to resist drivebys, Don't give your cat your EX's name, Learn to lower your expectations and Advanced masturbation.
No one is saying that an EX needs to go shit and die ( as nice as that would be ). But it doesn't help anyone to beat a dead horse. An EX is an EX for a reason. You cannot put spilled miilk back into the bottle but you sure as hell can suck it up.

Two things
First: I work from home sometimes and in order to do this I log onto a server and fiddle with information. I have a deadline to meet that is tomorrow at 1pm. But the server keeps going down. I know not many people don't care about my professional frustrations, but it is really pissing me off seeing as how it has been happening...
